Mix 1-2 teaspoons of Mushbloom® Shroom Sparkles Immunity Blend with 8 oz. hot water or milk of your choice. Tastes great poured over ice, too.

try this recipe
MUSHBLOOM® GOLDEN MILK
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup almond milk
¼ tsp ground ginger
3 tsp mushbloom® immunity blend shroom sparkles
sprinkle of cinnamon
To a small saucepan, add all ingredients.
Whisk to combine and warm over medium heat. Heat until hot to the touch but not boiling – about 4 minutes – whisking frequently.
Turn off heat and serve immediately, dividing between two glasses. Best when fresh, though leftovers can be stored covered in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat on the stovetop or microwave until hot.
