how to use
Mix 1-2 teaspoons of Mushbloom® Shroom Sparkles Sleep Blend with 8 oz. hot water or milk of your choice. Tastes great poured over ice, too.
Passionflower (aka P. incarnata) studies suggest it might help relieve insomnia and anxiety. It appears to boost the level of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in your brain. This compound lowers brain activity, which may help you relax and sleep better.

Chamomile helps to calm nerves and reduce anxiety, to treat nightmares, insomnia and other sleep problems. The Sedative effects are thought to be due to the flavonoid, apigenin, that binds to receptors in the brain. In one study, ten cardiac patients are reported to have immediately fallen into a deep sleep lasting for 90 minutes after drinking chamomile tea.
Reishi has been found to reduce fatigue and improve well-being after patients consumed reishi powder for multiple weeks. What’s more, the people in the study also experienced less anxiety and depression.

Lights Out Lavender Latte
Try this relaxing, fragrant vegan latte.
1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
1 cup hot water
2 tsp Mushbloom® Sleep Blend Shroom Sparkles
1 sprig of lavender (or a drop of lavender oil)
Mix Mushbloom® Sleep Blend Shroom Sparkles with the hot water.
li> Place lavender sprig into the tea to steep the lavender flavor (or add a drop of the oil).
li> In a separate bowl, whisk the milk with a frother until it becomes a foam.
li> Remove the Lavender sprig, slowly pour frothed milk onto the Mushbloom® tea. Enjoy!
